Welcome to the HHOPS Helpdesk

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

PLEASE NOTE: We are a team of volunteers, with private lives, day jobs, families, etc. It may take up to 48 hours to process a request, but generally we are able to complete most within 24 hours. Please do not email or continually inquire members of the HHOPS team in the Facebook Group, on our Discord channel, or elsewhere about the status of your tickets. All correspondence for entered tickets should come through this system and nowhere else.
