Welcome to the HHOPS Helpdesk
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
PLEASE NOTE: We are a team of volunteers with private lives, day jobs, and families. So it may take a week or two to process a request. And in some cases it may take longer. Please do not email or continually question members of the HHOPS Team on our Discord channel about the status of your ticket. All correspondence for entered tickets should come through this system and nowhere else.
